Goodlifta Electric Stacker with Mold Hook

Molds in a mechanical workshop are often several hundred kilograms and bulky. Using a crane or a lever to lower a mold onto the machine table is slow and prone to collisions. Each mold change needs two or three people.

FullSharp provides a Goodlifta electric walkie stacker with a mold hook mounted directly under the forks. The operator hooks the mold, presses the lift button, then pushes the stacker to the required position. PU wheels and a brake keep the stacker steady during the operation.

Equipment Installed

Powder-coated steel frame: load-bearing and corrosion-resistant, built to withstand a workshop environment with oil and grease.
Electric lifting unit: controlled by pushbuttons on the tiller, lifting and lowering at even speed and stopping at the required height.
Mold hook: mounted under the forks, hanging the mold directly without needing separate lifting equipment.
PU wheels and brake: roll smoothly on concrete floors, with the brake holding the stacker in place during lifting.
