The Knight E-Float Hoist™ is a high-performance servo hoist designed for flexible, efficient material handling. It features Knight's exclusive Float Mode without the need for an inline load cell.

Its extremely low-profile design reduces stack-up height, making it ideal for space-constrained environments. Maximum lifting capacity is up to 300 lbs [136 kg].

The sealed gearbox ensures durability and smooth operation. The modular construction allows quick access during inspection or maintenance. An E-Float Hoist+ version is available with custom tooling integration, custom programming and full I/O capability.

Cables & disconnects

Power cables

KCA1041 — Straight Cable (E-Float Hoist standard):
- Connects the handle to the servo hoist.
- 19-pin military-style connector.
- Lengths: 2 ft to 15 ft.
KCA1040 — Coiled Cable:
- Wraps neatly around the servo chain.
- 90° male/female connectors.
- Lengths: 2 ft to 20 ft.

Disconnects

KCA1018 — 3KVA box: 480VAC → 240VAC, for single servo hoist strings.
KCA1055 — 5KVA box: for double/triple servo hoist strings.
KCA1001 / KCA1102 — Disconnect stands: adjustable height, floor-mounted.
KCA1100 — I-Beam Column Mount Kit: no column drilling required, multiple mounting orientations.
