Choosing the Right Vacuum Lifter for Optimal Performance

FULLSHARP vacuum lifters are designed for efficient, continuous-duty handling, allowing multiple lifts per minute.

FULLSHARP vacuum lifting systems work on a simple principle: a remotely connected vacuum pump generates suction in the lift tube and control handle. When the suction head and pads contact the load, they grip its surface firmly by vacuum.

FULLSHARP offers lifting systems in a range of sizes and configurations to suit different needs. Choosing the right equipment increases productivity, ensures workplace safety and reduces costs.

FULLSHARP encourages customers to send samples for load testing to determine the actual lifting capacity. The FULLSHARP team can assess the surface of the load or run tests at the factory in Hai Phong.

Factors affecting the lifting capacity of the system include:

Weight and material of the load (porous, semi-porous, non-porous)
Available gripping surface area
Type of load (loose, light or heavy, bulky...)
Vacuum pump system (high/low pressure)
Vacuum level achieved
Size and shape of the suction head
Vacuum safety factor (ratio of tube diameter to suction area)
