In a work area full of columns and machines, FullSharp used an articulating jib crane on a mobile base so the arm folds around obstacles, combined with a FullSharp air balancer and a carton vacuum lifter. The balancer holds each box still at any height, and the operator moves it with a light push instead of carrying it the long way round.
The work area has many obstacles, so a straight jib crane cannot reach every pickup and drop-off point. Workers have to carry boxes around the obstacles, which is slow and tiring on the arms throughout the shift.
FullSharp uses an articulating jib crane on a mobile base so the arm can fold around obstacles, combined with a FullSharp air balancer and a vacuum carton lifter tool. The air balancer keeps the box balanced at any height, so the operator only needs a light push in the direction it should go.

The joint lets the arm fold around columns and machinery. No more carrying boxes the long way around.
The air balancer keeps the box balanced at any height. The operator applies almost no force.
The mobile base replaces a foundation and anchor bolts. Still usable after the layout changes.
A straight arm cannot reach pickup and drop points hidden behind columns or machines. The two folding sections of an articulating arm bend around obstacles to reach those spots.
It balances the weight of the load with compressed air, so the box stays where it is when released and the operator applies almost no force. Pressure gauges show vacuum and air pressure before every lift.
Yes. The mobile base replaces a foundation and anchor bolts. It is pushed by hand to a new area, the outriggers are lowered, and it is ready to work.
FullSharp surveys the site to identify the hidden spots the arm must reach, and measures box weight and working height. We select the length of each articulating arm section, the air balancer size, and the right suction head. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site visit.
