FullSharp installs a jib crane with a pneumatic hoist and builds a gripper tool matched to the rim's exact profile. The tool grips at points that are not visible on the finished surface, so the appearance stays intact. The pneumatic hoist lifts smoothly, and swinging the arm carries the part to the next station.

Equipment Installed

Jib crane frame: the arm rotates around a post, covering the work area between two stations without the operator moving.

Wheel rim and disc gripper tool: jaws built to match the rim's diameter and profile, holding it securely without marking the painted surface.
Handle-mounted control unit: buttons and lever within reach, letting one person hold and control the part at the same time.
