Truck wheels and rims are heavy, slippery, and hard to hold. Garage workers usually roll them on the floor and heave them up, straining their backs and risking pinched hands, while the rim gets scratched after repeated handling.

FullSharp offers a pneumatic manipulator with a clamp head that grips the rim tightly. The equipment carries the full weight, so workers only need a light push to rotate the wheel into the fitting position, then press to release the clamp.

Equipment Installed

  • Manipulator body: uses compressed air to balance the load, so the heavy wheel feels almost weightless to push.
  • Rim clamp head: fits snugly against the rim surface, with a soft contact surface that doesn't scratch the paint.
  • Wheel rotation mechanism: rotates the wheel around its axis to align the bolt holes with the hub.
  • Control handle: lift, lower, and release buttons are on the handle, so one person can complete the whole process.
