Pre-assembled wheels are bulky and slippery, making them hard to rotate into the right position for bolting by hand. Repeating this dozens of times a shift tires out workers shoulders and slows the pace. The tight space around the assembly station also rules out large equipment.
FullSharp installed a 5T rail jib crane rated at 200 kg right at the station, fitted with an ABUS electric hoist and a wheel clamp tool. The tool grips the rim while the hoist lifts it to working height. Workers just swing the arm gently to bring the wheel into the exact bolting position.

The tool carries the full weight, so workers only rotate the wheel to align the bolt holes.
No more holding the wheel with both arms, so the pace holds up through a full shift.
Padding on the clamp jaws contacts the rim, protecting the paint and surface.
FullSharp assesses the column location, the arm radius to cover, and the ceiling height at the assembly station. Our technicians measure the rim, weigh the actual load, and observe the work rhythm to select the right hoist and clamp. After the site survey, we provide a layout drawing and a column anchoring plan.
