At the end of a packing line, carton boxes come out continuously and need stacking onto pallets fast enough to keep up. Carrying them by hand tires workers and often dents the box lids, especially during peak hours. The stacking area also sits around one central point, so the equipment needs to swing in many directions.
FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane with an ANVER vacuum lifting motor and a FullSharp suspension hose. The arm swings fully around the column, reaching every direction within its working radius, and the pad grips the box lid the moment it touches, releasing it the instant the button is let go.
An ANVER vacuum lifting motor and FullSharp suspension hose mounted on an articulating jib crane.
Quick gripping and releasing means stacking pallets doesn't fall behind.
The arm swings fully around the column, so there's no need to walk far to stack boxes on all four sides.
No squeezing or denting the lid, so packaging stays intact by the time it reaches the customer.
FullSharp measures your box weight, lid size, and stacking radius to select the right vacuum pad and arm size. We check the power supply and column placement before finalizing the design. Call FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
