If you need to lift many different types of goods but can only install one gripper, a Combi-Gripper is worth considering. It is a multi-purpose lifting tool that can be adapted to lift different products simply by changing the gripping head.

A Combi-Gripper combines several gripping mechanisms on one body – for example vacuum pad + hook, or mechanical clamp + vacuum pad – so a single workstation can handle a wide range of items without changing tools between shifts.

What is a Combi-Gripper?

In manufacturing and logistics, one workstation often has to handle many different goods: carton boxes, sacks, buckets or drums. Installing a separate gripper for each type takes up space and wastes time swapping tools between process steps.

The Combi-Gripper solves this by integrating several gripping mechanisms on one tool body. The operator simply switches to the mechanism suited to the goods being handled – no need to change the whole tool. Each Combi-Gripper is custom-designed by Lifts All for the customer's goods, load capacity and factory environment.

How it works

One body – Multiple mechanisms

A Combi-Gripper is fitted with two or more gripping mechanisms: vacuum pads, mechanical jaws, hooks, H-frames… depending on the goods to be handled.

Select the right mechanism

When the goods change, the operator switches to the matching mechanism – for example vacuum pads for closed boxes and hooks for buckets and open containers.

Effortless lifting

Combined with a Bal-Trol balancing hoist, the load becomes "weightless". One station, one tool, a wide variety of items.
