This combi-gripper lifts very heavy barrels and containers at the push of a button. It works both as a mechanical clamp and as a hook, so one tool covers many different products. With a capacity of 200 kg, barrels that were once impossible to move by hand can now be handled by a single operator.

Lifting barrels

Lifts All developed a scissor function for this tool: the grip comes not only from the cylinder but also from the weight of the load itself, so the heavier the barrel, the firmer the hold. This gives a secure grip even on very heavy barrels that have no ledge around the lid to grab.

Lifting containers

The built-in hook lifts buckets and other containers, offering a smooth solution for any vessel with a handle. When the hook is not needed, it folds away and is locked in place with an adjustment bolt, ready to be unfolded again.

Lifting across industries

The gripper was developed for the pharmaceutical industry, but it is equally suited to beverage production and any other sector that handles large vessels containing dry or liquid substances.
