In a packing warehouse, carton boxes move constantly between the conveyor, the taping table, and the pallet all shift long. Carrying them by hand dents the boxes and strains backs, while adding a standing column in the middle of the warehouse gets in the way of forklifts and walkways.

FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted articulating jib crane fitted with a dedicated carton box lifting tool. The whole structure sits on the ceiling, keeping the floor clear, while the folding joints let the box move to the taping table and then swing over to the pallet in a single push.

Equipment Installed

  • Ceiling-mounted frame: fixed to the roof purlins, bearing the load of both the jib arm and the tool without needing a floor-mounted column.
  • Multi-directional rotating joints: the folding arm routes loads around the conveyor and workstations instead of just sweeping around one center point.
  • Carton box lifting tool: clamps the box firmly on both sides, lifting without denting the sides or popping the flaps open.
  • Control handle: lift and lower controls sit right on the tool, letting the operator hold the box and control the movement at the same time.
  • Powder-coated steel: a clean, corrosion-resistant surface suited to consumer goods packing areas.
