In many packing lines, low ceilings mean a vertical hoist uses up all the lifting height, leaving almost no clearance to raise a carton box. Meanwhile, the aisles between machines are too narrow for a cart, so workers end up carrying boxes by hand.

FullSharp uses a horizontal pneumatic hoist mounted on an articulating jib crane, saving valuable overhead clearance. The vacuum head grips the carton surface, and the arm's folding joints thread the box through gaps between machines to the exact spot needed.
