In many packing lines, low ceilings mean a vertical hoist uses up all the lifting height, leaving almost no clearance to raise a carton box. Meanwhile, the aisles between machines are too narrow for a cart, so workers end up carrying boxes by hand.
FullSharp uses a horizontal pneumatic hoist mounted on an articulating jib crane, saving valuable overhead clearance. The vacuum head grips the carton surface, and the arm's folding joints thread the box through gaps between machines to the exact spot needed.

Horizontal pneumatic hoist and carton box vacuum head mounted on an articulating jib crane in a packing workshop.
Equipment Installed
- Horizontal pneumatic hoist: mounted horizontally to use minimal height, suited to low-ceiling workshops, with smooth lifting that follows the operator's hand.
- Multi-directional rotating joints: the arm folds to route loads around machines instead of being confined to one fixed swing.
- Vacuum head for carton boxes: a pad designed specifically for cardboard, gripping firmly without tearing the surface layer.
- Pneumatic valve assembly: controls suction, release, and lift speed by hand, stopping precisely where the load needs to be placed.
- Powder-coated steel frame: strong load capacity and a durable surface for dusty packaging environments.

Benefits for Your Facility
Fits Low Ceilings
The horizontal hoist reduces installed height while keeping enough lifting travel for low-ceiling workshops.
Threads Around Machines
Folding joints move the box along a curved path, working in tight gaps between production lines.
No Box Damage
The vacuum head spreads force evenly, so carton boxes don't dent or tear when lifted.
