In this project FullSharp installed a smart manipulator with stainless steel contact parts in a cleanroom, lifting high-value products from 80 to 500 kg that workers used to handle by hand. The load stays balanced, so a light push moves it and it stops exactly where it should, and the smooth stainless surface wipes down quickly under cleanroom procedures.
In a cleanroom, every manual lift generates dust and vibration. The products involved are often high-value and can be damaged by the slightest knock, while the work area is tight and bound by cleanliness rules. Ordinary lifting equipment adds a new source of contamination through grease and flaking paint.
FullSharp installs a smart manipulator with stainless steel contact parts and a smooth surface that is easy to clean. The device keeps the load in balance, so the operator only needs a light push in the intended direction, and a load of 80 to 500 kg still stops exactly where it needs to be placed.

Stainless steel with a smooth surface meets the cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom area.
The load stays balanced, so the operator only guides it rather than lifting against its weight.
Smooth, precise stopping means products are not knocked during handling.
A manipulator with stainless steel contact parts and a smooth surface with few gaps is the safer choice. Standard hoists and cranes carry grease and painted surfaces that can flake, which adds contamination. Stainless parts can be wiped down quickly under the cleaning routine.
The manipulator in this project handles loads from 80 to 500 kg. The load is held in balance at any height, so the operator only guides it with a light push instead of lifting against the weight. FullSharp sizes the unit to the real product and work area.
The manipulator has a safety lock that holds the load in place if power is lost, so it does not drop. This matters in a cleanroom where products are high-value and a single knock can scrap them.
FullSharp visits the cleanroom to measure ceiling clearance, column positions, and the operator's travel path. Our engineers select the load capacity, surface material, and gripper type to match your product, then install the equipment and provide on-site operating guidance.
