Automatic Manipulator with Weight Scale

Many plants need to weigh a product before moving it to the next stage. Workers lift the item onto a scale, record the reading, then lift it back onto the conveyor, and each repetition adds fatigue and a chance of a misread number. When the manipulator arm swings freely, holding it steady long enough to read the display also costs time.

FullSharp installs an automatic manipulator with a built-in scale, so the weight appears the moment the item is lifted, removing a whole step. The device also has a joint lock sensor: when the operator needs to hold position, the joint locks automatically so the item does not sway.

Equipment Installed

Integrated weighing assembly: a load sensor on the lifting path displays the weight the instant the item is lifted, removing the need for a separate weighing step.
Joint lock sensor: reads the operator's motion to lock or release the joint, holding the item still when needed.
Articulating arm: extends and folds to fit the work area without needing extra floor space.
Handle and display panel: control buttons and a digital readout placed within the operator's line of sight.
