Rolling a 200 kg drum across the floor takes real effort and risks tipping it over, especially when lifting it onto a platform or truck. The warehouse is packed with stock, so a forklift can no longer get through. Moving a drum each time then takes two or three workers.
FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted 5T rail running along the drum's usual route, rated for a 200 kg load. A drum gripper tool hangs below it and clamps onto the drum's rim. The operator just clamps, lifts it off the floor, and pushes it gently along the rail.

The whole system sits on the ceiling, so aisle space and stacking area stay unaffected.
The drum is clamped and lifted straight up instead of being rolled on its side across the floor.
Clamping, lifting, and pushing are all light work, so one worker can handle a drum on their own.
FullSharp surveys the drum's usual route, measures the roof structure and mounting height to fix the number of mounting points. Our technicians check the drum's diameter and rim to select the right gripper tool. We then finalize the rail length and travel stops before installing and training your team.
