A full 200-liter drum is heavy and unstable to roll by hand, especially when it must be stood upright or placed onto a platform. A forklift with drum-clamping forks is bulky, and clean areas do not want forklifts driving in. The floor around the filling area also leaves no room for support columns.
FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted 500 kg rail with a dedicated drum gripper tool. The tool clamps onto the drum's rim, gripping tighter under heavier loads, so the operator simply pushes gently to move the drum along the line and lower it into position.

The clean area keeps its floor and air quality intact, with no forklift driving in.
The clamp grips the drum's rim and tightens further under load, so the drum never slips mid-transfer.
The whole system stays overhead, so the aisle and filling area below remain unobstructed.
FullSharp measures the drum's diameter and rim profile, its weight when full, and the warehouse's clear ceiling height. We then select the right gripper tool for your drum type and plan the rail route to match your workflow. Call FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
