FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted 500 kg rail with a drum gripper that clamps the rim of full 200-liter drums and moves them along the filling line. The grip tightens as the load gets heavier, and the operator pushes gently to travel and lower each drum, so the clean area stays free of forklifts and the floor stays clear of columns.

A full 200-liter drum is heavy and unstable to roll by hand, especially when it must be stood upright or placed onto a platform. A forklift with drum-clamping forks is bulky, and clean areas do not want forklifts driving in. The floor around the filling area also leaves no room for support columns.

FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted 500 kg rail with a dedicated drum gripper tool. The tool clamps onto the drum's rim, gripping tighter under heavier loads, so the operator simply pushes gently to move the drum along the line and lower it into position.
