An assembled wheel and tire is bulky, and turning it by hand to align the bolt holes is difficult. Doing this many times a day tires the shoulders and often scratches the rim surface. The shop also rents its building, so drilling anchors into the roof structure isn't an option.
FullSharp built a 5T steel rail frame standing freestanding on the floor, rated at 200 kg, with no need to hang from the roof. A trolley runs along the rail on top of the frame, with a wheel rim gripper tool suspended below. The technician grips the rim, lifts it to working height, and gives it a gentle turn into the correct installation position.
