A carton warehouse has to load and unload boxes constantly with every truck run. Hugging boxes by hand crushes the corners, and boxes stacked above head height are hard to reach. With floor space nearly full of stock, there's little room to add equipment standing on the ground.
FullSharp installs a 5T rail overhead along the loading route, rated at 200 kg. A gripper tool and a vacuum lifter for flat box surfaces hang beneath it. The box is clamped or held by suction, then slides along the rail to the exact stacking spot.
5T rail suspending a gripper tool and vacuum lifting pad for carton box handling in the warehouse.
Both clamping and suction spread the load evenly, so boxes rarely get crushed corners.
One grip lifts the box, no need to hug and turn it with both hands.
The equipment hangs overhead, so the floor is still free for stacking as before.
FullSharp surveys the loading route, mounting height and roof structure to finalize how the rail is fixed. Our engineers measure box dimensions, weigh the actual load and check whether the carton surface can hold suction to decide between the gripper tool and the vacuum pad. We then hand over the installation plan along with an operating guide.
