The Knight Global ATA4000 overhead mounted vertical mast arm features a fixed control handle on the mast, significantly improving ergonomics by eliminating the need for operators to bend or reach.

It is typically used in applications that require long vertical (up/down) travel and precise positioning. The arm can be configured for 360° rotation or as a fixed, non-rotating unit, depending on the operator's needs.

The ATA4000 offers two mast options: a round mast for loads carried directly on the axis, and a square THK mast for offset cantilevered loads that generate torque.

The ATA4000 can be combined with any Knight air balancer or chain hoist, and can be fitted with optional bearing clutch brakes and friction parking brakes. The arm has a maximum lifting capacity of 500 lbs. [226 kg] and a maximum torque of 853 ft.lbs. [1,156 Nm]. Maximum vertical travel varies by application.
