The AAA9000 heavy duty articulating pneumatic arm (overhead and floor mounted) is a parallelogram arm designed to lift, rotate, balance and move products from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and many other applications.

The AAA9000 uses rear twin cylinders to achieve a higher lifting capacity while reducing the overall weight of the unit. This design minimizes operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction, allowing products to be lifted and manipulated with almost no effort.

The overhead mounted AAA9000 travels inside RAD6110 and RAD7510 aluminum rail systems along the "X", "Y" and "Z" axes, with a wide range of control configurations.

FULLSHARP supplies the AAA9000 in both fixed and 360° rotating versions. Maximum reach (without extension boom) is up to 60 in. [1,524 mm] and maximum balancing capacity is up to 600 lbs. [272 kg] at 100 psi [6.8 bar]. Capacity varies with reach.

Note: The carriage pan and extension boom shown in the illustrations are not included with the standard product.
