Overview

The Knight Global AAA6000 is a parallelogram arm that lifts, rotates, balances and moves product from conveyors, dunnage and assembly lines. It is available overhead mounted on rail or floor mounted.

Knight’s AAA6000 Overhead and Floor Mounted Medium Duty Articulating Arm is a parallelogram arm used to lift, rotate, balance, and move product from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and more. AAA6000 Arms utilize twin cylinders to achieve greater lifting capacity, and therefore reduce operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction and helping to lift and manipulate the product effortlessly.

The Overhead Mounted AAA6000 travels inside Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Aluminum Series Rail Systems on the “X”, “Y”, and “Z” axis and features a variety of control configurations.

Knight also offers fixed and 360 degree rotational AAA6000 Articulating Arms. These have a maximum reach (without Extension Boom) of 48 in. [1,219mm] and a maximum balance capacity of up to 430 lbs. [195kg] at 100 psi [6.8bar]. Capacities vary with reach.

Knight Global's AOA7050 Arm Stop Assembly is used when there is a need to limit the vertical travel on an arm. They can be adjusted to limit the up and down vertical travel independently at any position within the travel of the arm.

Knight Global's ASA9510 is a bolt-on design that attaches to the arm bearing to allow an arm to be parked when not in use. The ASA9510 parking brake will eliminate any vertical rotation on the main bearing. It can be integrated with fixture controls to accommodate the user. The ASA9510 should not be used for torque applications.

Knight Global's ASA9522 is a bolt-on design that attaches to the arm carriage pan to allow an arm to be parked when not in use. The ASA9522 clutch bearing brake will eliminate any vertical rotation on the main bearing. It can be integrated with fixture controls to accommodate the user. The ASA9522 can be used for torque applications.

Knight Global's TRA5500 Series Lube-Free Motor provides mobility by towing bridges, fixtures and heavier loads. The TRA5500 is equipped with a Lube-Free Motor that requires less maintenance and will have a longer expected service life and is typically used to assist an operator to push, pull or position loads. Knight's Lube-Free Motors are available on the TRA5500 Series Air Tractors only. The TRA5500 Tractor Series is designed to be used in conjunction with Knight's RAD4110 and RAD7510 workstation crane systems. Knight Pneumatic Tractors can be integrated with an pneumatic fixture allowing for multiple configurations such as: automatic return home, conveying of a load to the next position, and starting and stopping limits with the use of air logic.
