The AAA6000 medium duty articulating pneumatic arm (overhead and floor-mounted) is a parallelogram arm designed to lift, rotate, balance and move products from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and many other applications.

The AAA6000 uses a twin-cylinder system for higher lifting capacity, reducing operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction and making it easy to lift and manipulate products.

The overhead AAA6000 travels inside RAD4110, RAD6110 or RAD7510 aluminum rail along the "X", "Y" and "Z" axes, with a wide range of control configurations.

FULLSHARP supplies the AAA6000 in both fixed and 360° rotating versions. Maximum reach (without extension boom) is up to 48 in. [1,219 mm], with a maximum balancing capacity of up to 430 lbs. [195 kg] at 100 psi [6.8 bar]. Capacity varies with reach.

Note: The carriage pan and extension boom shown are not included with the standard product.
