Overview

The Knight Global AAA4000 parallelogram arm lifts, rotates, balances and moves product while absorbing torque reaction to reduce operator fatigue.

Knight’s AAA4000 Light Duty Articulating Pneumatic Arm is a parallelogram arm used to lift, rotate, balance, and move product from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and more. It uses a single cylinder in the rear of the arm to achieve greater lifting capacity, and therefore reduces fatigue by absorbing torque reaction and helping the operator lift and manipulate the product effortlessly.

The Light Duty Articulating Pneumatic Arm travels inside Knight’s RAD4110, RAD6110, or RAD7510 Aluminum Series Rail Systems on the “X”, “Y”, and “Z” axis and features a variety of control configurations. Linear Mounted Arms run in Knight’s LRD9500 Series Rail.

Knight Global's AAA4005 Arm Stop Assembly is used when there is a need to limit the vertical travel on an arm. They can be adjusted to limit the up and down vertical travel independently at any position within the travel of the arm.

Knight Global's ASA9510 is a bolt-on design that attaches to the arm bearing to allow an arm to be parked when not in use. The ASA9510 parking brake will eliminate any vertical rotation on the main bearing. It can be integrated with fixture controls to accommodate the user. The ASA9510 should not be used for torque applications.

The ASA9522 clutch bearing brake will eliminate any vertical rotation on the main bearing. It can be integrated with fixture controls to accommodate the user. The ASA9522 can be used for torque applications.

Knight Global's TRA5500 Series Lube-Free Motor provides mobility by towing bridges, fixtures and heavier loads. The TRA5500 is equipped with a Lube-Free Motor that requires less maintenance and will have a longer expected service life and is typically used to assist an operator to push, pull or position loads. Knight's Lube-Free Motors are available on the TRA5500 Series Air Tractors only. The TRA5500 Tractor Series is designed to be used in conjunction with Knight's RAD4110 and RAD7510 workstation crane systems.
