Rail Jib Crane, Vacuum Lifter, 100 kg Hoist

Most plants handle two kinds of loads: flat sheets that are hard to sling, and separate parts that must be hooked and lifted. Buying two separate lifting systems costs both space and investment. But with only a hook crane, lifting a sheet means threading slings every time, which takes a long time.

FullSharp builds a jib crane on a rail and fits both a pneumatic vacuum plate lifter and a 100 kg electric hoist onto the same system. For flat loads, the operator presses the vacuum pad against the sheet and lifts; for loose parts, the hoist hook does the job, with no need to swap equipment.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic vacuum plate lifter: the pad presses onto the flat sheet, creates vacuum with compressed air, and lifts it without threading slings.
100 kg electric hoist: lifts and lowers with an electric motor, used for loose parts that must be sling-rigged.
Rail-mounted jib crane: the arm rotates around a column that travels along the rail, so the work area spans a wide range.
Air supply unit and vacuum retention valve: keeps vacuum level stable and holds the load with an alarm if pressure drops.
