Pneumatic Sheet Lifter with Vertical Tilt 150kg

A large flat sheet is hard to hold, with sharp edges and a tendency to bend when two people carry it from opposite ends. Tilting a sheet from horizontal to vertical is even riskier, since the force concentrates on one side, and a single slip can damage the sheet or cause an accident.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic manipulator fitted with a vacuum lifting pad, gripping the sheet by suction and allowing it to tilt vertically right on the equipment. With a lifting capacity of up to 150 kg, one operator controls it from the handle, and the sheet stays held firmly throughout the rotation and lowering.

Equipment Installed

Vacuum lifting pad: multiple suction cups spread evenly across the frame, gripping the flat sheet firmly and releasing quickly when set down.
Vertical tilting mechanism: turns the sheet from horizontal to vertical with compressed air, without needing anyone to hold it steady.
Pneumatic manipulator: carries the sheet's weight, with the operator only guiding it up and down.
Control handle: gathers the suction, release, and tilt buttons in one place, for continuous operation without switching hands.
Backup vacuum reservoir: holds the vacuum for a short time if air pressure drops, preventing the sheet from falling suddenly.
