A large flat sheet is hard to hold, with sharp edges and a tendency to bend when two people carry it from opposite ends. Tilting a sheet from horizontal to vertical is even riskier, since the force concentrates on one side, and a single slip can damage the sheet or cause an accident.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic manipulator fitted with a vacuum lifting pad, gripping the sheet by suction and allowing it to tilt vertically right on the equipment. With a lifting capacity of up to 150 kg, one operator controls it from the handle, and the sheet stays held firmly throughout the rotation and lowering.

The equipment replaces a carrying crew, freeing up labor for other tasks.
Suction holds the sheet throughout the tilt, so it does not slip or fall on anyone's feet.
Even suction contact means the sheet does not get dented or bent from uneven carrying.
FullSharp measures the sheet dimensions, weight, and surface characteristics to select the number and type of suction cups. Our engineers calculate the tilting travel and the pick-up and set-down positions, then install, load-test on site, and hand over with safety guidance.
