Manipulator with Vacuum Pad for Steel Sheets

Large steel and metal sheets usually take two or three workers to carry, and their sharp, slippery edges make them easy to drop. Placing a sheet onto a machine table or rack is even harder, since the whole sheet has to stay balanced while walking.

FullSharp installs a column-mounted manipulator with a vacuum lifting pad for flat sheets. The pad grips the sheet surface, the manipulator balances its weight, and the operator only needs a light push to move it - one person handles the whole task.

Equipment Installed

Fixed mounting column: firmly anchored to the floor, supporting the entire manipulator and allowing it to swing in multiple directions around the axis.
Manipulator arm: balances the sheet's weight so it feels weightless, and the operator only needs to push to move it.
Industrial vacuum lifting pad: strong suction grips smooth steel surfaces without scratching them.
Fail-safe valve: holds the sheet in place if vacuum pressure is lost, preventing it from falling freely to the floor.
Handheld control panel: suction and release buttons sit right on the handle, letting the operator control it while still watching the sheet.
