When fitting into a frame, glass often has to move from lying flat to standing upright, a step that is highly risky when done by hand. One broken panel means losing both material cost and the wait for a replacement.
FullSharp installs a lift assist manipulator with vacuum glass lifter and tilt function for this step. The suction pad grips the glass surface, the lift assist arm carries the weight, and the tilt mechanism brings the panel to the correct installation angle. A vacuum-loss alarm alerts the operator the moment pressure drops.
