Vacuum Glass Lift Assist Arm with Tilt Function

Large glass panels are heavy and fragile at once, and a single misaligned edge can crack the whole sheet. When fitting into a frame, glass often has to move from lying flat to standing upright, a step that is highly risky when done by hand. One broken panel means losing both material cost and the wait for a replacement.

FullSharp installs a lift assist manipulator with vacuum glass lifter and tilt function for this step. The suction pad grips the glass surface, the lift assist arm carries the weight, and the tilt mechanism brings the panel to the correct installation angle. A vacuum-loss alarm alerts the operator the moment pressure drops.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic lift assist arm body: balances the glass panel's weight, keeping it suspended steady when released.
Vacuum lifting pad for glass: soft-cushioned suction cup grips the glass surface firmly without scratching the coating.
Tilt mechanism: rotates the panel from flat to upright at the installation angle, and can stop at intermediate angles.
Control handle: lift, lower, tilt and release suction right on the handle, letting one person complete the whole operation.
Vacuum-loss alarm: signals when pressure drops so the operator stops before the panel slips.
