Feeding CNC machines is a task repeated hundreds of times per shift. Workpieces are heavy, machine openings are narrow, and workers must bend to place workpieces into the chuck, causing fatigue and often chipping workpiece edges or scratching fixtures.
FullSharp installed a pneumatic manipulator right next to the machine. Compressed air carries the workpiece weight, so the operator only grips the handle to guide the workpiece to the center of the chuck and then releases the tool, a movement that is lighter and far more precise.

The workpiece holds its height, so centering on the chuck is quick with little readjustment.
No more bending to lift hundreds of times per shift, so workers keep their pace until the end.
Smooth motion limits impact against the chuck and machine table.
FullSharp needs the workpiece dimensions, weight, and the distance from the pallet to the machine door. Our engineers survey the site, select a suitable tool and reach, then install and test-run the unit with the customer's actual workpieces.
