FullSharp installed a manipulator with a vacuum suction unit custom-built for the car hood surface. The arm balances the weight so the operator only needs to guide direction, placing the part precisely into the CNC fixture. Vacuum suction means no clamping and no marks left on the surface.

  • Lift-assist arm: balances the weight of the part, making the motion feel effortless, with rotation and reach to multiple positions around the machine.
  • Vacuum suction unit: suction cups arranged to match the hood's contour, applying even suction so the panel doesn't sag while lifted.
  • Control handle: suction and release buttons sit right on the tool, operated with one hand and responding instantly.
  • Anti-drop safety valve: holds vacuum if air pressure drops, keeping the part from falling onto the machine table.
  • Rotating tool joint: tilts and rotates the part to align it precisely with the CNC machine's fixture.
