FullSharp mounted a 120 kg pneumatic manipulator on the ceiling directly above a CNC machine, so heavy molds can be loaded onto the locating pins with about 2 mm positioning accuracy. Compressed air carries the weight and the joints reach into the enclosure, letting the operator align a mold in seconds with no swinging and no floor column.
A mold can weigh more than a hundred kilograms, yet the fixture position demands millimeter-level accuracy. A wire hoist lets the mold swing, so aligning it with the locating pins takes a long time and risks hitting the machine table. The clearance around the CNC machine is also tight, leaving no room for an extra support column.
FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted manipulator rated 120 kg directly above the machine. Compressed air carries the mold's weight while the joints allow push-pull movement and light rotation, so the operator aligns the mold onto the pins in seconds without straining.
