120 kg Manipulator for CNC Mold Loading

A mold can weigh more than a hundred kilograms, yet the fixture position demands millimeter-level accuracy. A wire hoist lets the mold swing, so aligning it with the locating pins takes a long time and risks hitting the machine table. The clearance around the CNC machine is also tight, leaving no room for an extra support column.
