Mobile Gantry Crane, Adjustable Height

Some areas of a workshop have high ceilings, others are blocked by doorways and piping. A gantry crane with a fixed height is either too low to use its full lift stroke, or too tall to fit through a doorway into the next area.

FullSharp provides a mobile gantry crane with adjustable beam height. Raise the cross beam to full stroke when you need maximum lift, lower it to pass through doorways, and lockable wheels keep the gantry steady during work.

Equipment Installed

Steel gantry frame: powder-coated box or structural steel that carries its own load without touching the building structure.
Height-adjustment mechanism: adjusted by hand crank or hydraulics, changing the cross beam height to fit the current task.
Hoist and beam trolley: a chain hoist or electric hoist runs along the beam to align exactly with the load.
Wheels and base: lockable wheels and a wide base keep the gantry stable when lifting heavy loads.
