Mobile Articulating Jib Crane, 100 kg Air Balancer

Some operations only need to lift a few dozen kilograms, but positioning has to be precise — with a standard hoist the load swings and is hard to line up. A fixed installation only serves one station, while the actual need is spread across several spots in the plant.

FullSharp uses an articulating jib crane mounted on a mobile base, fitted with a FullSharp air balancer rated 50 to 100 kg. The air balancer keeps the load balanced, so the operator only needs a light push to bring it into position, then rolls the whole unit to another station once the job is done.

Equipment Installed

Articulating jib crane: two arm segments joined by an articulating joint, extending and folding to cover the work area without needing a large footprint.
FullSharp air balancer: balances the load pneumatically across the 50 to 100 kg range, holding the load steady even when released.
Mobile base: a wheeled base with locking casters, relocated without drilling the floor or erecting posts.
Control handle: the lift/lower control sits right on the balancer head, operated with one hand.
