Electric Manipulator 100-200 kg, 3m Reach

On the customer's line, parts weighing over a hundred kilograms need to be picked up and set down repeatedly through a shift. Two people carrying it together still struggle to position it accurately in the fixture, and over time this leads to shoulder and spine pain. The pick and place points are also several meters apart, making the task even harder.

FullSharp installed an electric articulated manipulator rated 100 to 200 kg with reach up to 3 meters. The multi-joint, electrically driven arm moves the load smoothly and stops exactly on point. The operator only holds the handle and presses the button, no longer carrying the load on their body.

Equipment Installed

Multi-joint arm: the rotating joints allow reaching, folding and swiveling around the column, covering a 3-meter working radius.
Electric drive unit: lifts and lowers by button control, at a steady speed and stopping precisely at the required height.
End tool: a clamp or suction head depending on the part, built to match its actual shape to hold firmly and release quickly.
Control handle: mounted right next to the load, guiding direction and controlling lift or lower with one hand.
Load-holding safety mechanism: a brake keeps the height fixed when the button is released or if power is suddenly lost.
