Stacking carton boxes onto pallets repeats thousands of times each shift: bend down, lift, turn, and set down. After only a few hours, workers' backs grow tired and boxes start getting dented at the corners.

FullSharp installs an articulating jib crane with a Becker suspension joint together with a vacuum lifting unit. The suction cups grip the box surface, and the joint allows a full 360-degree rotation without moving the base. The operator holds the control handle, picking up and releasing boxes with a single touch.
