For carton stacking that repeats thousands of times a shift, FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane with a Becker suspension joint and a vacuum lifting unit. The joint turns the suction head a full 360 degrees without moving the base, and the operator picks and releases boxes with one touch while the crane takes the weight.

Stacking carton boxes onto pallets repeats thousands of times each shift: bend down, lift, turn, and set down. After only a few hours, workers' backs grow tired and boxes start getting dented at the corners.

FullSharp installs an articulating jib crane with a Becker suspension joint together with a vacuum lifting unit. The suction cups grip the box surface, and the joint allows a full 360-degree rotation without moving the base. The operator holds the control handle, picking up and releasing boxes with a single touch.
