Carton boxes move in batches, gathered in one area today and another tomorrow. A fixed lifting setup sits idle much of the time, while having workers carry a whole batch by hand is slow and hard on the back and shoulders.

FullSharp paired an articulating jib crane on a mobile base with Lifts All lifting equipment. The articulating arm reaches every spot within its working radius, and the lifting head holds boxes securely while lowering them gently. When the batch is done, the whole unit rolls to the next area.

Equipment Installed

  • Articulating jib crane: multiple joints give a flexible reach, fitting between stacks of goods.
  • Lifts All lifting equipment: a lifting head built for carton boxes, holding them securely and lowering smoothly.
  • Mobile base: a steel base with wheels and outriggers, letting the whole unit roll to another area without drilling into the floor.
  • Control handle: raises and lowers right from the handle, so one hand steadies the load while the other operates it.
