FLAT CUPS

Flat Suction Cups

Designed for flat or slightly curved surfaces with fast pick and release, ideal for heavy horizontal loads. The cleated-bottom version prevents thin, soft materials from wrinkling.

SINGLE BELLOWS

Single Bellows Cups

Compensates for uneven surfaces and height differences. Slower response than flat cups and not recommended for vertical lifting; suited to picking lightly curved objects.

DOUBLE BELLOWS

Double Bellows Cups

Handles larger surface and height variations than single bellows. Recommended for horizontal lifting only, not vertical lifting, due to the large stroke.

Soft, long lip with deep deflection. Designed for rigid flat sheets: steel plate, wood, composites, curved panels, stone. Can be used singly or several in series.

VP RECTANGULAR

Rectangular & Oval Pads — Slip-On Seal

Soft, long lip with deep deflection for rigid sheets, wood, composites and stone. Versatile design, used singly or in series.

HIGH FLOW RECT

Rectangular Pads — Replaceable Seal, High Flow

High-flow oval/rectangular version with a soft, long lip and deep deflection. Optimized for wood, composites, curved panels, stone and other materials. Can be used alone or combined in arrays.

VC25 / 35 / 40 / 45

Small Round Pads — Fixed Seal

Thick rubber bonded to a precision-machined aluminum base for long service life. Suited to heavy-duty use in the automotive industry and press feeding.

VC57 / 65 / 75

Medium Round Pads — Fixed Seal

Hub style with rubber bonded to aluminum, machine rod suspension and side vacuum port for a secure, airtight, long-lasting connection. General-purpose use.

VP 9-12

Heavy-Duty Rectangular Pads

Ideal for heavy loads in a compact size when the load area does not allow multiple small pads. Available with replaceable or fixed seals.

BOLT-ON ROUND

Bolt-On Round Pads — Replaceable Seal

Round Foam Pads — ANDURASOFT®

Slip-in, self-locking ANDURASOFT® foam seal ring. Most effective on rough, uneven surfaces: textured plate, diamond plate, sawn stone, ground concrete.

Applications: ribbed steel, rough stone, concrete

RECT FOAM

Rectangular Foam Pads — ANDURASOFT®

Rectangular version with the same ANDURASOFT® foam technology. Slip-in, self-locking seal ring, highly effective on rough surfaces, diamond plate, saw-cut stone and concrete.

Applications: rough wood panels, rough stone, OSB
