ANVER VP series large bolt-on seal vacuum pads
ANVER large VP series pads combine heavy-duty steel construction, easily replaceable bolt-on rubber seals and a protective steel clamping ring for metal sheet and plate. Specifications cover the metric, swivel and previous generation models.
VP series – large vacuum pads with bolt-on seals and protective steel clamping rings
ANVER bolt-on vacuum pads feature heavy-duty steel construction with easily replaceable rubber seals. Excellent for handling semi-rigid to rigid loads such as metal sheet or plate, these versatile vacuum pads have become an industry standard. A variety of mounting styles make these pads perfect for a wide range of vacuum lifting applications.
Features
- Rugged steel construction for years of service in mill duty applications
- New M series feature three vacuum sealing edges for safety
- Special spacers used to prevent over tightening of the vacuum seal
- Swivel or quad-mounting lugs provide secure lifting points
- Seals available from stock in nitrile rubber and some sizes in red silicone
- Extended steel bolt-on ring protects seal from damage from side collisions
- Metric series includes a vacuum gauge when using these on multiple pad vacuum lifters with shut off valves. This is useful when you are first attaching the lifter to the load to make sure all pads are making contact and have full vacuum.

*Rated load capacity at 24″ Hg vacuum when used in the horizontal plane, and based on a safety factor of 2. Divide again by 2 for vertical applications. Actual capacity depends on load surface and condition of the vacuum generating system, and must be determined by the user.
**SR (series) M replacement seals include spacers. This is to prevent clamping ring hardware from being over torqued and the seal from being over compressed. See sheet 13000277 for more information.
