Aluminum Rail Jib Crane, ENDO Air Balancer

Many plants want another lifting point but have no room to build a new column, and a new foundation would mean stopping production. Meanwhile, the lifting task at that station continues every shift, wearing out workers and slowing the line.

FullSharp uses an aluminum rail jib crane bolted straight onto an existing column, suspending an ENDO air balancer for the 80 to 500 kg range. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley roll smoothly, the arm rotates a full 360 degrees around the column, and the service area is wide without using any extra floor space.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail: lighter than a steel rail of the same span, so the trolley pushes smoothly and puts less load on the column.
Column mounting bracket: clamps and bolts onto an existing column, with no new foundation or standalone post needed.
ENDO air balancer: balances the load on compressed air for the 80 to 500 kg range, holding it in place when the operator lets go.
360-degree swivel joint: lets the arm rotate fully around the mounting point, covering the whole work area around the column.
