ANVER Mitey-AirVac MTY-1 and MTY-2 air powered vacuum stations

Mitey-AirVac is a low cost, subcompact air powered vacuum station with no moving parts. MTY-1 suits non-porous loads; MTY-2 offers higher flow for faster evacuation.

MTY-1 air powered vacuum station

Features:

  • Low cost, light weight, subcompact size, requires little or no maintenance.
  • Internal vacuum check valve maintains vacuum in case of incoming compressed air loss.
  • Unit holds vacuum per ASME standard B30.20 for vacuum lifting devices on clean, smooth, non-porous materials, allowing the operator to put down the load safely.
  • MTY(series)-FB is available with panel face mounted push-button switch for release/blow-off (shown at left). Other models are provided with control in & out port connections to a remote mounted release/blow-off switch (ANVER P/N: MTY-SW sold separately), which activates a blow-off for quick release.
  • Vacuum gauge for monitoring manifold vacuum level.
  • No moving parts to create heat of any type.
  • Mounting hole locations are symmetrical for multiple mounting orientations.

MTY-2 air powered vacuum station

Features:

  • Higher flow version of the MTY-1
  • Available in four flow rates and generating capacities
  • Higher flow for faster evacuation
  • Good for use on non-porous to slightly porous materials

Note: It is recommended that both the incoming compressed air line and the vacuum connection each be provided with a filter to prevent debris entering the generator.
