ANVER Vacuum Coil and Roll Lifters
ANVER electric and air powered vacuum lifters for steel, aluminum, paper and label coils and rolls. Adjustable multi-chambered heads leave no damage on the coil.
Powered vacuum lifters for damage-free coil and roll handling
ANVER’s Vacuum Coil Lifters and Roll Lifters are designed for handling all types of metal, film, paper, or plastic coils and rolls in both the horizontal and vertical positions. Multi-chambered adjustable vacuum attachment heads are able to handle loads with differing diameters and weights, making these lifters extremely versatile. Unlike mechanical lifts and grabs, these vacuum lifters leave no damage or marks on the coils. Vacuum lifters with capacities up to 40,000 lb (18,000 kg) are available.
Vacuum coil lifters and roll lifters can be provided as complete systems or as attachments for automatic pick-and-place or crane-based systems. Some key items to be considered when choosing a vacuum coil lifter are:
- Weight of the load
- Type and thickness of material
- Thickness of coils
- Sizes of inner cores and their outer diameters
- Number of chambers needed
- Position of eye or center
- Power available
- Control method
