FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad beside the sheet storage area, so operators pick flat sheets from a stack one at a time and swing them onto the machine table. Suction grips evenly from above, which ends the need to slide fingers into the gap, protects hands from sharp edges and keeps the sheet below free of scratches.
Flat sheets stacked on a pallet are hard to separate one at a time by hand. Workers have to slide their fingers into the gap, risking cuts and scratching the sheet underneath, and every lift can bend the edge if the pulling force is uneven.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad right next to the sheet storage area. The suction cups grip evenly across the top of the sheet, compressed air lifts it, the arm swings the sheet over to the machine table, and the operator only guides the direction.

Suction from above picks up exactly one sheet, no need to slide fingers into the gap.
The soft suction cups make even contact so sheets are not scratched or bent at the edges when lifted.
Compressed air carries the weight, the operator only guides direction and aligns the placement point.
A vacuum pad with suction cups spaced evenly across the frame grips the top sheet from above, so only one sheet comes up. Workers no longer push fingers between sheets, which reduces cuts and bent edges.
Soft suction cups make even contact with the top face, so the lifted sheet and the one beneath stay clean. FullSharp chooses cup material and spacing based on the real sheet finish and size.
The vacuum pump keeps a stable level and has a gauge the operator can watch. Lift, lower, suction and release buttons are grouped on one handle, so the whole cycle runs with one hand.
FullSharp measures the sheet dimensions, weight, and surface to calculate the number of suction cups and safety factor. Our engineers position the column so the jib arm covers both the sheet storage area and the machine table, then install and load-test the system before handover.
