The warehouse layout changes with each season, so it is hard to know in advance where lifting equipment will be needed. A fixed jib crane becomes an obstacle a few months later, while lifting boxes by hand is slow and tiring.
FullSharp supplied an aluminum rail jib crane mounted on a mobile base, with no floor drilling or ceiling mounting required. The arm carries a vacuum tube lifter built for carton boxes and rotates a full 360 degrees. To move to a new area, the operator simply pushes the whole unit over and lowers the outriggers.
Mobile-base aluminum rail jib crane with a vacuum tube lifter, lifting a carton box in the warehouse.
Push the unit to wherever it's needed and lower the outriggers to start working. One unit serves the whole warehouse.
No floor drilling or ceiling mounting, so it can even be installed in a leased warehouse. Handover at lease end is also easy.
The vacuum tube carries the weight of the box. The operator only guides direction and releases suction.
For mobile-base equipment, FullSharp checks the flatness and rigidity of your warehouse floor, measures the ceiling height, and confirms the weight of the boxes to be lifted. We calculate the base counterweight and select an arm reach that keeps the setup safe. Call FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
