Carton Box Lifting with a Mobile Aluminum Rail Jib

FullSharp supplied an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base with a vacuum tube lifter for carton boxes, needing no floor drilling or ceiling mounting. The arm rotates 360 degrees, and when the warehouse layout changes the operator pushes the unit to the new area and lowers the outriggers to start work.

The warehouse layout changes with each season, so it is hard to know in advance where lifting equipment will be needed. A fixed jib crane becomes an obstacle a few months later, while lifting boxes by hand is slow and tiring.

FullSharp supplied an aluminum rail jib crane mounted on a mobile base, with no floor drilling or ceiling mounting required. The arm carries a vacuum tube lifter built for carton boxes and rotates a full 360 degrees. To move to a new area, the operator simply pushes the whole unit over and lowers the outriggers.
