A machining station needs to lift parts weighing several hundred kilograms many times a day. A slender beam would flex and vibrate with every lift, and over time the welds degrade until workers no longer trust the equipment.
FullSharp builds a jib crane using an H-beam for a rigid structure with minimal deflection when the load hangs at the end of the arm. It carries an electric hoist operated by pushbutton, rated at 500 kg.

Equipment Installed
- H-beam: a rigid, powder-coated steel section that keeps deflection small even with the load at the end of the arm.
- Post swivel joint: rotates smoothly across the working radius, with an angle stop if it borders a nearby machine.
- 500 kg electric hoist: lifts and lowers by pushbutton, with a load brake and travel limit switches.
- Post base and base plate: anchored with expansion bolts into concrete floor of verified thickness.
