A machining station needs to lift parts weighing several hundred kilograms many times a day. A slender beam would flex and vibrate with every lift, and over time the welds degrade until workers no longer trust the equipment.
FullSharp builds a jib crane using an H-beam for a rigid structure with minimal deflection when the load hangs at the end of the arm. It carries an electric hoist operated by pushbutton, rated at 500 kg.
A jib crane with an H-beam carrying an electric hoist, installed at a workstation.
The H-beam deflects very little, so the load doesn't bounce and operations stay precise.
Withstands continuous lift cycles without degrading quickly.
Just check the swivel joint, base bolts, and hoist brake on a regular schedule.
FullSharp checks your concrete floor thickness, heaviest load, and required working radius at the station. We recalculate the H-beam section, install the post, and test-run the load before handover.
