Molds are heavy, precision-machined and high-value parts. Changing them with an ordinary hoist leaves the mold swinging, at risk of hitting the machine frame, and needs several people to keep it steady.
FullSharp installs an electric-pneumatic manipulator with a motor drive, fitted at the bottom with a mold-gripping tool. The unit clamps both sides of the mold firmly, lifts it clear, then rotates it to the exact angle the operator needs to load it into the machine.

Equipment installed
- Electric-pneumatic manipulator body: combines compressed air with an electric supply, balancing the mold's weight for light handling.
- Motor drive: assists with rotating and positioning the tool, keeping the mold at the correct angle when loading it into the machine.
- Mold-gripping tool: jaws that clamp both sides of the mold body over a wide contact area, so the surface never gets scratched.
- Control handle: grip, release and lift/lower buttons grouped in one place, so one operator controls the whole task.
