In warehouse operations, carton boxes get lifted hundreds of times each shift. Carrying them by hand tires the shoulders and often dents the box corners, hurting the look of goods on delivery. Warehouses are also tight on space, so there's no room for equipment standing on the floor.

FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail with an 80 kg vacuum tube lifter suspended from it. The pad presses onto the box lid, gripping on contact and releasing on demand, so the box keeps its shape. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the operator push the box along the work line with ease.

Ceiling-Mounted Aluminum Rail and Vacuum Tube Lifter for Carton Boxes

A vacuum tube lifter hangs from a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail, lifting a carton box at the packing area.

Equipment Installed

  • Ceiling-mounted aluminum rail: a lightweight aluminum profile hung from the roof structure, with the trolley running smoothly and quietly.
  • 80 kg vacuum tube lifter: raises and lowers by hand pressure on the control handle, keeping the load stable at any height.
  • Vacuum pad for carton boxes: a wide-surface pad that spreads the grip evenly so the box lid doesn't dent.
  • Vacuum pump and hold valve: maintains vacuum and keeps the box held if the air supply or power is cut.
