ANVER’s VPF-57-DCP Vac-Pack vacuum generator contains many of the same features as the standard VPF-57-AC series but includes a heavy duty rechargeable 12 volt DC battery, making it suitable for handling non-porous loads. It is commonly used for special applications where AC power is not readily available.

Your choice of two plug-in, interchangeable control styles to suit your application:

Radio controlled 3 button attach / release / interlock transmitter with plug-in receiver
Hand held device with attach, release and safety interlock push buttons with holster mounted on front handlebar. Plug-in receiver is located on back of Vac-Pack with mounting brackets.

Kit includes:

Radio control transmitter and mounting holster
Radio control receiver and mounting bracket

Plug-in 2 button attach and release control pendant
Attach and release push-buttons located on control pendant with 10 ft long coiled cord.

Kit includes:

Pendant control and mounting holster

ANVER Air Saver tag

Features:

Vacuum control module
A solid-state vacuum control module combines all the required vacuum generator controls in one rugged unit. It controls all vacuum pump functions and safety lights, and is fitted with a standard audible vacuum leakage warning system.
Energy saver technology
A vacuum-controlled switch shuts off the vacuum pump when the pre-set vacuum level is reached, reducing wear and tear on the pump.
Easy to replace battery
Battery can be easily removed for charging. We recommend purchasing a spare battery. Use one on the lifter, while charging the other for zero downtime.
Battery gauge
Gauge for battery charge level with hour meter.
Front mounted controls and digital gauges
Digital vacuum gauges are mounted on the front cover for continuous monitoring by the operator. The power switch includes a built-in circuit breaker.
Indicator light
Amber light indicates “power on” for the Vac-Pack vacuum generator.
Ergonomic adjustable front handlebar
Easy to grasp, large loop handlebar enables the operator to easily and safely maneuver the attached load without touching the load itself. Handlebar can be adjusted for smaller size loads.
Vacuum check valve and reservoir
A check valve with vacuum reservoir helps to maintain vacuum if electrical power is interrupted, for safe handling of non-porous loads.

Updated for ease of inspection and replacement of key components, using quick disconnect and reusable fittings.
Easily accessible dual vacuum filters
(2) High capacity air filters provide protection against pump damage. They are mounted on the front handlebar for easy routine inspection and cleaning.

General:

Frame construction
The VPF-57-DCP series has a fully welded frame with a vacuum reservoir, a lifting bail and beam mounting hardware.
• Standard for 3”x3” beam [9” hardware centers] with a structural lifting capacity rating up to 2,200 lbs (998 kg).
• Heavy duty for 3”x6” beam [9” hardware centers] and reinforced lifting bail with a structural lifting capacity rating up to 4,400 lbs (1,996 kg).
Battery specifications
12 volt/12 amp hour, sealed, rechargeable, AGM (absorbed glass mat) battery can provide full 8 hour shift operation in many applications.

Options:

Recommended battery charger (CHARGER-DCP2)
Battery charger, smart charge (12 VDC) (sold separately). You can use other chargers as long as they meet the above specifications.
