These lightweight entry level units are designed for use with a wide assortment of vacuum lifter assemblies and pad attachments. The VPFL4-AC series features a sturdy welded frame construction and is ruggedly built, yet affordably priced for unmatched value.

Features:

Energy saver technology
A vacuum-controlled valve shuts off the vacuum pump when the pre-set vacuum level is reached, reducing wear and tear on the pump.
Vacuum leakage sensor and warning system
The VLS is a battery powered unit consisting of solid state circuitry with microprocessor, pressure sensor, LCD digital display in inches of Hg, and audible and visual warning signs (horn and red light). The system is plumbed to the Vac-Pack and monitors vacuum level, triggering the alarm in the event of a loss in vacuum level.
Slide control valve with standard safety lock
The slide control valve assembly controls the vacuum attach and release and is mounted to the front handlebar for convenient access by the operator. The standard safety lock keeps the slide valve in the attach position while lifting a load to prevent accidental load release.
Front mounted controls and gauge
Manifold vacuum gauge is mounted on the manifold block for continuous monitoring by the operator. The electrical control box includes an on/off switch and circuit breaker.
Vacuum check valve
A check valve helps to maintain vacuum if electrical power is interrupted, for safe handling of non-porous loads.
4 ft (1.2 m) power cord with Twistlock plug and receptacle
Both Twistlock plug and receptacle are provided to prevent accidental power cord separation.
Ergonomic adjustable front handlebar
Easy to grasp, large loop handlebar enables the operator to easily and safely maneuver the attached load without touching the load itself. Handlebar can be adjusted for smaller size loads.

Updated for ease of inspection and replacement of key components, using quick disconnect and reusable fittings.
Easily accessible dual vacuum filters
(2) High capacity air filters provide protection against pump damage. They are mounted on the front handlebar for easy routine inspection and cleaning.
Frame construction
The VPFL4-AC series tall type frame is fully welded with a structural lifting capacity rating of 2200 lb. (998 kg) for 3” sq. beams with beam mounting hardware.
Versatility
For larger load lifting capability or alternate power requirements, ANVER offers electric powered and self-powered mechanical vacuum generators, all with standard mounting designs for interchangeability.
