ANVER BL Series Multiple Bellows Vacuum Cups, 20 to 50 mm

BL multiple bellows vacuum cups give longer cup movement than single bellows cups, for curved or irregular loads and food handling. This page lists every part number with dimensions, capacities, fittings and suspensions.

Vacuum cup materials

The standard materials are Nitrile and Silicone (as noted below each part number).
For more information on the materials, see vacuum cup materials.

For use where longer cup movement is required than is possible with “B” series single bellows cups. Ideal for use where level compensation is desired on irregularly shaped objects, where a vertical offset motion is involved, or for use on curved surfaces, especially in the food industry. Available in sizes from 0.78 to 1.97 inches (20.0 to 50.0mm).

* All cups shown above are identical in size and shape to P-Style’s cups. The dimensional drawings represent the cup dimensions without a load as given by P-Style. The ‘compressed’ column specifications are important in making sure that everything fits, and represent the actual size of the cup after full compression (being flattened out) on a level load. (This difference is negligible in the F series.) The bigger the cup the greater the enlargement of the diameter. A lower vacuum level will lessen this compression (or flattening out); however, make sure to leave enough room for the static height of the cup in your design.

Please Note: Load capacity at 18 in. Hg for all BL-Series Cups.

The “G” thread is also known as BSPP, commonly used world-wide for vacuum applications.
