FullSharp installed a jib crane on a lightweight aluminum rail carrying an 80 kg vacuum tube lifter for heavy, slippery rubber blocks. The soft pad seals onto the block surface and lifts it with one handle, leaving no rope or clamp marks, while the low-friction rail lets the operator move each block with a light push.
Rubber blocks are heavy and slippery, making them hard to hold and easy to drop from bare hands. The soft surface means tying rope or clamping firmly both leave marks. Workers have to repeat the lift-and-set motion many times a shift, which wears them out fast.
FullSharp installs a jib crane on an aluminum rail carrying a vacuum tube lifter rated 80 kg. The suction pad presses onto the block's flat surface, and once the vacuum forms, it holds firmly, lifting and moving the block without leaving a mark. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley glide very smoothly.

- Vacuum pump and hold valve: keeps the vacuum level steady and prevents the load from dropping suddenly if power is lost.
