A machining station needs to lift parts on and off the machine table many times per shift, each load modest but repeated constantly. Lifting by hand tires workers and makes it hard to place parts precisely. A floor-mounted crane would block the walkway around the machine.

FullSharp installs a 5T overhead rail (200 kg rated load) hung from the roof truss along the machine line. A trolley on the rail carries a KITO electric hoist, lifting and lowering with a push-button pendant and holding the load steady when released. The operator only needs a light push to move the load along the rail.

  • 5T steel rail: overhead rail, 200 kg rated load, cut to length to match the shop's machine line.
  • KITO electric hoist: electric-motor lifting with a reliable brake, controlled by a push-button pendant.
  • Travel trolley: runs inside the rail, moved by a light push for precise positioning at the machine table.
  • Hanger rods and truss clamps: anchor to the roof structure, spreading the load evenly across hanging points.
  • End stops: fitted at both ends of the rail to limit the trolley's travel range.
