Some workshops need to lift carton boxes at several different points, and those points change with each order. A column bolted to the floor might fit today but become an obstacle next month.

FullSharp builds a mobile-base jib crane carrying a 500 kg electric hoist and a clamp tool dedicated to carton boxes. The whole unit can be pushed to wherever it's needed, with no drilling into the floor. The clamp tool holds both sides of the box, so nothing needs to be tied off, letting it lift and place in just a few seconds.

Equipment installed

  • Mobile base: heavy enough for stability, yet can be pushed to a different work position.
  • Rotating arm: turns around the column, covering the pick-and-place area around the operator's position.
  • 500 kg electric hoist: push-button lifting and lowering, with a steady speed under load.
  • Carton box clamp tool: grips both sides of the box with just enough pressure to hold firmly without crushing it.
  • Guide rail: keeps the load moving along a set path, reducing swing during travel.
